PK06944: "[PERL] CANNOT OPEN ." ERROR HAPPENED WHEN RTRT VERSION 2003.06.3 BUILD A BUILD.XML WITH ANT

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A customer reported that RTRT build a build.xml with ANT, a
  error "Cannot open . " was happening. the build failed.
  
  RTRT version 2003.06.13
  OS:Windows XP
  ANT:1.6.2
  
  Same problem was not happened at version 2003.06.12.
  I found a issue of RTRT 2003.06.13 which it
  couldn't created a commond directory which put Product.java
  file. so after RTRT build, Product.java couldn't find a C:\Test_
  java\bin\ directory, so "cannot open ." happened.
  
  The error message are below:
