Error description
When a file is FTPed to tape or DASD using fwrite() and data truncation occurs, Language Environment flags that an error has occurred. If the user has specified that data truncation is allowed using the TRUNCATE keyword, the transfer may result in a "451 Tranfer aborted due to file error" reply being sent to the client and the file transfer being incomplete.
Local fix
when receiving a file using the z/OS FTP client and writing to tape: locsite wrtapefastio When sending a file to the z/OS server to be writte to tape: quote site wrtapefastio

Problem conclusion
