* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
****************************************************************
HPIC recovery function terminates with ABEND S0C4 ( ABEND0C4 )
when the database was not registered to DBRC. Because some parts
of the code which access the DDIR in DFSURDB0 is amode 24,
although the DDIR address from SCDDLIDM is a 31-bit address.

FABJRDB8 has been modified to include IMS fix: PK03056.
