APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When Help Topics is selected from the Help menu of a client-only
    installation, the help graphics are not displayed.
    

Local fix

  • These folders are (Images, Java Help Search and QM_Online
    Help Search) and, by default, are located in the
    Program Files\IBM\DB2 Query Monitor\classes\qm_help directory,
    (The customer's directory structure may be different if they did
    not choose the defaults during the installshield installation).
    
    These files are not missing in the Client/Server install. As a
    work around, the customer can simply access the machine of which
    they have installed the Client/Server installshield file and do
    the following:
    
    1.) Access the machine, of which they installed the
    Client/Server installshield file, and navigate to the
    Program Files\IBM\DB2 Query Monitor\classes\qm_help directory.
    
    2.)Locate the three files that are missing from the Client
    only install (Images, Java Help Search and QM_Online Help
    Search) and copy them.
    
    3.) Access the machine, of which the Client only
    installshield file was installed, and navigate to the
    Program Files\IBM\DB2 Query Monitor\classes\qm_help directory.
    
    4.) Paste the three missing folders that were cut from the
    Client/Server install.
    
    5.) The graphics will now be displayed in Help Topics.
