Error description

• When doing HPU UNLOAD with CCSID conversion with FORMAT USER(COL
  COL3 TYPE CHAR(16) CCSID nnnn) receive:

  COL3, FROM CCSID mmmm TO CCSID nnnn.

  Additional Symptoms:

     (CCSID).

  3. Columns that are read from the tables of the DB2 catalog
     are not converted from EBCDIC to UNICODE before being
     processed by HPU. This occurs ONLY in DB2 V8 ENFM,
     and gives unpredictable results.

  4) When using HPU UNLOAD with FORMAT DELIMITED this apar will
     change the output of GRAPHIC columns. Before this fix the
     graphic columns are converted to CHAR MIXED. After this apar
     the graphic data will be kept in graphic format and any LOAD
     SYSIN that is eventually generted will have a column
     description specifying GRAPHIC. This is done to be
     compatible with the FORMAT DELIMITED accepted by the IBM
     LOAD in V8 and to match the behavior of the V8 IBM Unload
     Utility.

  - Module UDBSPMFL was changed to process the default value of
  added columns that have a fieldproc.
  - Modules Inzbab and Infconv were changed to process correctly
  the conversion between graphic data to ebcdic char.
  - Module oconvert was changed to convert correctly the CHAR(1)
  columns from an ENFM V8 catalog to Unicode
