  IPR Unload utility receives ABENDS0C4 at HPSURCBM +0964
  in the FABHC00 load module when DBTSTATS=YES is specified
  in the HPSIN data set and the total length of the segment
  occurences stored in the HDAM root addressable area
  is over 4GB.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. The HPSURCBM module has been modified as to turn on a flag
  correctly when the total length of the all segment occurrences
  stored in the HDAM root addressable area is over 4GB.
  
  2. The HPSURR07 module has been modified as to calculate
  correctly the PACKING DENSITY OF ROOT ADDRESSABLE AREA value
  in the HDAM RAP chain I/O summary report even if the total
  length of all segment occurrences is over 2GB.
