APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • QM has a storage leak associated with the collection of large
amounts of Host variables. Code has been changed to fix the over
allocated storage which will reduce over all storage consumption
    for the started task.

Local fix

  • Issue the F cqmstc,DISPLAY DATASPACES command to display the
dataspace storage. If the amount of hostvar nodes is very large
the leak could be to blame. To reduce the amount of hostvars
collected in an interval reduce the interval time in CQMPARMS
and increase the thresholds in the monitoring profile. Or
exclude an workload that appears to drive up host var collection
    through the monitoring profile.
