  This occurs when running with DB2 V8 in CM Compatability Mode.
  

Local fix

• In the INZBIND member generated by the INZT02 CLIST add
  INZQRYV8 dbrm to the bind command for all DB2 subsystem in
  compatible mode. This will cause a RC=4 on SYSIBM.SYSOBS
  table that does not exist. This will not prevent HPU UNLOADS
  from executing however.

  DBRM list includes :
  
  - inzcrxsm only for NFM V8 DB2 subsystems (DB2V8 = Y)
  
  - inzqryv8 only for non-CM V8 DB2 subsystems (DB2V8 <> N)
  
  inzmain was modified so that multifetch enabling
   (VUU035/ULROWSET > 1) is ignored for non-NFM V8 DB2 subsystems
  
  - _oqueryCheckOpenPlan() was modified not to use inzqryv8 dbrm
   statements
