• When comparing DBD/PSB/ACB datasets, if one set is not gened
  there is the potential to abend 0C4 in FABLCOMP.

  LIU DBD/PSB/ACB Compare utility receives ABENDS0C4 RC11
  at FABLACB0 +0900 in the FABLCOMP load modules if an ACB
  library with no member is specified in either the ACBLIB DD
  or the ACBLIB2 DD. This is because FABLACB0 refers an invalid
  directory entry list for the empty library to get
  the data set name.
  

Problem conclusion

• The module FABLACB0 has been modified as not to refer
  a directory entry, which is built by BLDL macro, for a member
  not found in an ACB library.
