  HPFP tries to unload SDEP CI, whose RBA is larger than SDEP LE
  and smaller than SDEP LB, but such CI is not preloaded into data
  space. Then HPFP treates it as a CI with wrong block type ID,
  and gets abend.
  

Problem conclusion

• The module HFPJSDP0 is modified to preload SDEP CIs in SDEP
  LB/LE boundary correctly.
