Error description

  • When gzip compression is enabled in the Application Server, the
    bodies of the HTTP messages may become corrupted during the
    decompression stage.

    *                      HTTP body data may corrupt that data.   *

    An error in the pooling of Inflator and Deflator objects meant
    that there was a possibility of multiple threads using the
    same object at once. That would cause different input or output
    streams to get intermixed and the compress/decompress attempts
    to fail.
