Error description

• DB2 Administration Tool drops the comment/label portion of an
  ALC line command when the newly added column is at the end of
  the table.  The error is seen when comments and labels are
  entered during ALC processing of a new column added at the
  end of a table.

Problem conclusion

• The reported problem occurred because the COMMENT/LABEL
  smart SQL was not generated. Code has now been modified
  to generate COM and LAB SQL.
