Error description

  • ABENDS0C4 IQCXLEVS when z/OS IGVINITGETMAIN is enabled.
IGVINITGETMAIN is a z/OS diagnostic test tool that initializes
storage obtained by a program to values other then zero. In
this case with QCF, the abend0c4 is due to storage not be
cleared to x'00' (zero) when it is obtained. Normally it is
zero, but in this case it is changed by the tool, therefore
    the abend.

Local fix

  • Do not run QCF with IGVINITGETMAIN enabled.
