Error description

• In CEX, all user message exits are all wrapped together under
  CEXEXRTR. We need a easy way to identify the precise entry
   point address of our user message exits. We need this for
   diagonstic purpose from time to time. We need these addresses
   to be externalized both at initial exit load time, as well as
   when the exit is refreshed.
