  • ABENDS0C9 could occur in module IPICPORT after processing
an IMS Connect Extensions record for a failed Socket READ or
WRITE. R14 contains 00000000 ( zeros / zeroes ).
The abend is due to invalid message length value in the
TCP/IP block in these records.

Problem conclusion

with invalid length value.
