  High Performance Load loops under the following conditions:
   - execute under z/OS v1.3 or before environments
   - execute under HPSRRC00 or HPSCMAIN or HPSGMAIN
   - execute under HPIO=YES
  

Problem conclusion

• The module HPSCIOIN (HPSRIOIN) has been modified to deduct 1
  from RBA of TO, when call MMCALL by OP=FORMAT in accordance
  with the result of the Media Manager processing.
