Error description

• ABEND0C4 in HPSRHDLD caused by problem with buffer handling
  when creating the high key root segment in the following
  conditions:
  - using HP Load V2 or IPR reload V3.
  - the database is HIDAM/PHIDAM.
  - there are many root segments.

  High Performance Load can get to ABEND0C4 when reloading
  an HIDAM or a PHIDAM database defined as follows:
  
    A *   2000 - ( surplus of B / 2000 )   < C + D
  
      A: LRECL of Primary Index DBDS
      B: # of Occurrence for Root Segment
      C: HD or PHD unload Header Length (39 or 59)
      D: Length of Root Segment
  
  This is because the High Performance Load puts the high-key
  record to the internal KSDS buffer.
  

Problem conclusion

• The module HPSRRLDM and HPSRHDLD have been modified to treat
  the KSDS buffer correctly.
