• IIUB100E INDEX BUILDER INIT FAILURE REASON=121, ERROR=311
  received when using dynamic allocation and when DBD has
  "RU" (for REUSEABLE) linkage editor attribute on.

  ****************************************************************
  Dynamic allocation failed for data bases whose DBDs were linked
  reusable. Since the DBD, and the MDA for a given data base are
  equally named, and the DBD was pre-loaded to define the
  secondary index environment, the MDA couldn't be loaded since a
  load module with that name already existed. Dynamic allocation
  tried to use the DBD instead of MDA, and failed.
  

Problem conclusion

• Index Builder program logic was extended to delete the DBDs for
  the time dynamic allocation proceeds.
