  In dump we find the abend is in module DVGCSRML at offset
  x'16FE'. Error seems to be related to mishandling or Return

• When error occurs during compression/decompression
  steps the DVGLOG will be updated with message DVG199i with
  the Return Code from comp/decomp routines
