Error description

• Neither LEFT/RIGHT nor ICL/ICR work for the FORM command.
  Another symptom: Column attribute byte can extend to next line.
  If the attribute byte has the JUST(LEFT) feature, the next
  line's data may be left justified onto the previous line.
