  is associated with External Data Service (EDS)
  2) The property is defined with hasDependentProperties=true in
  EDS
  3) On a property change, if the value is invalid, a
  customValidationError is returned from EDS to case client
  4) A custom validation error is returned on a second property or
  is returned a second time on the initial property associated
  with EDS
