You configured Case client to show display names for users by using the profilePlugin. After you upgrade from IBM Case Manager to IBM Business Automation Workflow, the display name for the assigned user in the all assigned in-basket is no longer displayed. The display name shows correctly for the locked user column, but not for the assigned user column. PRODUCTS AFFECTED IBM Business Automation Workflow
