Error description

  • In IBM Content Navigator, when you click Edit for Case plug-ins,
the Edit panel opens and shows that there are changes made.
Upon closing the Edit panel, you are prompted to discard or save
 the changes, even when no changes were made to any settings
associated with the plug-in.

This issue occurs with the following plug-ins:
IBM Business Automation Workflow Case administration plug-in
IBM Case Manager administration plug-in
IBM Case Monitor Dashboard plug-in

Local fix

  • Click "Yes" to "Do you want to close without saving your
changes?" prompt if you didn't making any changes to the
plug-in.

Problem summary

  • No additional information is available.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available or will be available that ensures you do not
see a message prompting you to save changes for Case plug-ins
unless changes were made.
