Error description
When you right-click a work item in the in-basket, the context menu opens. When you use Google Chrome browser v78+, the context menu appears briefly and then disappears. If you right-click the same work item again, the context menu stays open. But if you then click another work item, the context menu disappears again. This issue occurs only in the Google Chrome browser. This issue doesn't occur in the Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer v11, or Microsoft Edge browsers. Local fix
To avoid the issue: -Right-click the work item again. -Use Google Chrome v77 or a previous version. -Use a different browser, such as Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Internet Explorer v11.
