Error description

• When you configure the BPF Toolbar.xml file to display tool
  links on the *right*-hand side of the standard Save, Close,
  and Action buttons/links, then the extreme right-hand elements
  of the configurable toolbar are not displayed correctly.
  Expected behavior:
  The BPF configurable toolbar should display menu items
  drop-down values towards the left-hand side for the extreme
  right-hand menu item if there are sub-menu items configured
  under it in the Toolbar.xml.
