    Description of Problem (full details)
    Web Services has Word and Excel icons for use when displaying
    document lists in Web Services.  However, when listing the new
    document types used by Office 2007, specifically DOCX, and
    XLSX, the generic Filenet icon is displayed, not the Word or
    Excel icons.  Note that Open Client displays the correct icons.
    How long has the problem been occurring (recent changes)? :
    Since the release of Office 2007.
    Does this occur on more than one station / server? :  All
    Is there a workaround? : No
    What is the impact to the customer/system? :  Minimal.
    Inconvenience to users trying to locate these document types.
    Can the problem be replicated on an internal system?  Y or N  Y
    By Who (L3, Support, etc..)
    Anybody.  Customer and support have already done so.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1  Store a DOCX or XLSX document in a CS library.
    2  Run Web Services and display the documents in the folder
    where the document was stored.
    3  Observe the icon listed with the document.
    Actual Results:
    Generic Filenet icon displayed
    Expected Results:
    Appropriate Word or Excel icon displayed
