Error description

• When a user is uploading a value stream JSON file to UrbanCode
  Velocity versions 2.2.3 or newer, any error caused during upload
  of the file will result in a generic "Not Authorised!" error
  message rather than a detailed message describing the problem.
  
  Causes of errors can include syntax problems, DevOps Query
  Language mistakes, problems with integrations, or other issues.
  The desired behavior is to display a useful error message to the
  user so they can correct the problem.
