Error description

• Ddots for resource related fields on enhanced 3270ui panel
  kdpglkgn when only lock waiter is provided
  .
  This happens when Db2 returns waiter for a lock but does not
  return any information about owner.

  1. Dots were displayed on Enhanced 3270UI panel KDPGLKGN and
     blanks in TEP workspace "Global Lock Conflicts".
  2. Locks without OBIDs were displayed with zeros for OBname.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Logic has been changed to display ResID hexadecimal line on
     Enhanced 3270UI panel KDPGLKGN and in TEP workspace "Global
     Lock Conflicts".
  2. Locks without OBIDs are not displayed with OBname part.
