Error description

• Currently, Db2 Cloning Tool Table Space Cloning clones index
  spaces of indexes that need to be rebuilt in the target job.
  This leads to unnecessary page processing in the target job
  and increases CPU usage and estimated time.
  This enhancement introduces new behavior for the processing
  of such indexes. If the source job detects that an index
  should be rebuilt, its data sets are excluded from the cloning
  in the source job and page processing is not performed.
  The index is rebuilt in the target job.
