PI99681: PROMPT PAGE NOT APPEARING IN PDF BUT APPEARS IN HTML

Error description

• We've created a drill through between 2 reports.
  The first report has 2 multi select prompts.
  The second report has these same prompts and an additional
  optional multi select prompt.
  The first report has a drill through with the setting to always
  display the prompt page.
  When running the report in PDF and following the drill through,
  the prompt page is not shown. When running in HTML it is shown.
