Error description

• When processing an ALTER FOREIGN KEY for a self referencing
  relationship with AUTOREBIND ON, a CM Batch job may
  hang while trying to resolve the packages.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Batch Restart Program (ADBTEP2) hangs   *
  *                      while resolving packages associated     *
  *                      with a self-referencing foreign key.    *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  Batch Restart Program (ADBTEP2) has a function to
  automatically rebind a package which is invalidated by
  an ALTER TABLE... (ADD) FOREIGN KEY... statement.
  However, ADBTEP2 hangs while resolving packages
  when a foreign key is a self-referencing foreign key.
