  This APAR forward-fits the following DBSP V2.1 APARs to ORF V1.1
  PI98613: ORF does not specify UNIT parameter in NOTIFY.PRILOG/
          SECLOG commands
  PI98503: ORF should not call data capture exits during the Apply
          phase
  PI99292: ORF job can fail during Reorg Unload when NEWDBD is
          specified
  Below are the summaries of the problems:
  - When ORF issues NOTIFY.PRILOG/SECLOG commands, it does not
   specify UNIT parameter. This causes the PRILOG/SECLOG records
   to be created in RECON by using the default value of UNIT=3400.
  - When a database uses a data capture exit, ORF job can fail
   during the Apply phase because the data capture exit is called.
   ORF should not call data capture exit when applying change
   records to the shadow database, because any updates to the
   database have already been captured in the online region.
  - When the NEWDBD keyword is specified, ORF job can fail during
   Reorg Unload with the following message:
     HRF01000I Reorg Unload ended, return code is 20
    A program error in the code that switches the DBD library
   causes a GETMAIN request of excessive size, which occasionally
   results in a GETMAIN error.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following changes have been made to ORF:
  - The program has been modified so that it will specify the unit
   name of the log data set in the UNIT parameter of NOTIFY.PRILOG
   /SECLOG commands.
  - The program has been modified so that it will not call data
   capture exit during the Apply phase.
  - The program error in the code that switches the DBD library
   has been fixed so that it would not issue a GETMAIN request of
   excessive size.
