  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  *  z/OSMF z/OS Operator Consoles plugin                        *
  *                      is enhanced to support:                 *
  *                         1. View WTOR messages in a           *
  *                            separated window                  *
  *                         2. View HOLD messages in a           *
  *                            separated window and manually     *
  *                            delete a HOLD message from that   *
  *                            window                            *
  *                         3. Automatically clean up the        *
  *                            oldest messages                   *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR enhances z/OS Operator Consoles plugin by:
  1. Providing a separate area in the console view to retain
     WTOR messages until the messages are replied.
  2. The same area is also used to retain HOLD messages. Both
     WTOR messages and HOLD messages can be manually deleted
     from the UI.
  3. Keeping the real time messages cached in z/OSMF (both on
     UI side and back end) in a limited size.
     When the number of messages cached in z/OSMF is greater
     than 10000, the first 5000 messages will be automatically
     cleaned up.
