  * USERS AFFECTED: All QMF for TSO/CICS V11.2 users.            *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Users issuing the SAVE DATA command     *
  *                      against data objects containing decimal *
  *                      floating-point data(DECFLOAT) may       *
  *                      incorrectly receive DSQ20846 'You       *
  *                      cannot use the SAVE command with        *
  *                      decimal floating-point data.' This may  *
  *                      happen in batch or interactive sessions *
  *                      using an initial procedure. The SAVE    *
  *                      DATA command against data objects with  *
  *                      decimal floating-point data will        *
  *                      successfully work in interactive QMF    *
  *                      when invoked without an initial         *
  *                      procedure.                              *

  QMF was checking for processor support of decimal
  floating-point instructions too late in initialization thus
  incorrectly stopping users from the SAVE DATA  command.
