APAR status

Error description

• When concatenating a temporary dataset before a permanent
  dataset as input to File Manager Data Set Copy (DSC), and
  both datasets have the same blocksize, the following message is
  received:
  
   FMNBA009 Insufficient virtual storage available
  

Local fix

• After fix is applied, ensure the temporary and permanent
  datasets have the same blocksize to avoid receipt of message
  FMNBA318.

Problem conclusion

• File Manager has been modified to fix the problem.
  Messages FMNBA318 AND FMNBA331 will still be produced if the
  members to be processed come from data sets with different
  attributes.
