PI98688: WHEN PROCESS-TYPE(A), DDL GENERATION DOES NOT CORRECTLY GENERATEDDL (TABLE SPACE CLONING, DDL)

Error description

• Before applying this fix:
  1) For PROCESS-TYPE(A), DDL is generated only for source objects
  that do not exist on the target; the DDL generator should
  generate DDL for source objects regardless of whether target
  objects exist.
  2) For PROCESS-TYPE (Y/G/A), the DD that holds the generated DDL
  contains no information about the job or the subsystems for
  which the DDL was generated.
  After applying this fix:
  1) When PROCESS-TYPE(A) is specified, Db2 Cloning Tool generates
  DDL regardless of the existence of target objects.
  2) For PROCESS-TYPE (Y/G/A), the DD with the generated DDL
  contains title comments with timestamp, job name, job number,
  and source and target subsystem information.
