Error description

• When changing report options in authoring, the changes are not
  reflected upon re-opening. Saving the report, or saving as a new
  report does not affect this. The only way to get the changes to
  stick is by changing the settings, running the report, and
  saving the report (which is now named "new report"), prompting
  for a new name to be entered.
