PI98487: CUSTOM DEPLOYMENT COUNT REPORT DATA MAY SHIFT BY 1 DAY IF THE COMPUTER TIME ZONE OF A REQUESTER IS BEHIND THE SERVER'S TIME ZONE

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the computer time zone (say, UTC+09:30) of user who
  requests a Deployment Count report is behind the server's time
  zone (say, UCT+10:00), the report data returned in UI has
  shifted by 1 day.
  For example, user selects Custom Date Range from the 1st of Jan
  to the 31st of Jan, Deploy Count Report returns showing from 2nd
  of May to 1st of Feb.
