Error description

• This APAR addresses two issues:
  1.  In Tools Customizer, specifying a value for the 'DB2 load
  library' under the 'DB2 Libraries' section on panel CCQPDB2
  'DB2 Parameters' will result in the template ADBCUST job
  containing a value for the :bl2llib nick tag.   When generating
  utility jobs that use the DB2-supplied JCL procedure DSNUPROC,
  DB2 Admin sets the symbolic parameter LIB to the second library
  that is specified on this tag.   If the customer does not use
  the LIB= parameter in invoking a procedure, however, they may
  received the error IEFC657I THE SYMBOL LIB WAS NOT USED.
  This APAR introduces the following option on the Product
  Parameters panel CCQPPRD, where 'YES' is the default:
  Use symbolic parameter LIB= with DSNUPROC . . . YES  (YES, NO)
  2.   When an error occurs running Tools Customizer option
  Discover for Db2 Admin Tool, on an error condition, the
  following error may be returned instead of the actual error:
  NOVALUE condition raised in ADB2CUST SYS00236.

   on an error condition the following error may be returned
   instead of the actual error:
