Error description

• Open the template (user permission on this template : Read,
  Execute,Traverse) , an error appear when user save to "My
  folder" ,
  Scenario : Use the template, add data , create report , save and
  an error message appear : "You do not have the appropriate
  permissions to save the object." ( screeshot added)
  Workaround :
  Open the template,  add data ,create report, and save to "My
  Folder".
