PI98220: _MAKE_TIMESTAMP FAILS USING EXASOL AS DATASOURCE

Error description

• When using the_make_timestamp function against a Exasol package
  in DQM with an inline function, ie.
  _make_timestamp(extract(year;current_date);01;01 ), the report
  execution fails with XQE-DAT-0001 Data source adapter error:
  com.exasol.jdbc.DataException: data exception - invalid value
  for YYYY format token; Value: 'EXTRACT(YEAR FROM
  CURRENT_DATE)-1-1' Format: 'YYYY-MM-DD'.
