  INTO TABLE PART REPLACE results in ABEND04E RC00E40405 and
  RESOURCE UNAVAILABLE RC00C200E2 TYPE 00000220 when attempting
  to access a partition that is not part of the LOAD operation.
  In this case, LOAD serializes on all partitions but only
  shadows the partitions that are replaced; and LOAD tried to
  access a partition that had not been shadowed.
