Error description

  • Program HLOUHALO (HALOAD job) not cancelled after authorization
error. Message DB2JSP04 HLOSYTMP OPEN FAILED is given, but job
does not end and stays active in JES2. It has to be canceled
manually, which causes HLOUE990S/HLOUE991S messages.
