PI97836: CANNOT CREATE APPLICATIONS, COMPONENTS, OR ENVIRONMENTS FROM UDCLIENT WITH INITIAL TEAM MAPPINGS

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When creating applications, components or environments, users of
  the udclient CLI cannot specify team mappings for these objects
  at creation time. Users can add teams to these at later points
  in time. However, this will not work for permission
  configurations that do not allow users to create objects
  directly to the system team.
  

Local fix

• 1) Create the objects from the UI with desired team/resource
  role configuration
  2) Create the objects via REST Calls, then adding teams at a
  later point using the UI or UDClient
