Error description

• DRF ABENDU0385-A recovering from a PITCA which was made by HPCA
  copy processing.

Problem summary

• ****************************************************************
  * USERS AFFECTED: All users who create PITCAs and use DRF to   *
  *                 recover from them.                           *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: DRF abended with a U385-A when using    *
  *                      a PITCA for recovery.  The PITCA was    *
  *                      created by the HPCA copy processing and *
  *                      the PITCA was abad.                     *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance if you use the HPCA    *
  *                 utility to create point in time change       *
  *                 Accumulations (PITCA).                       *
  ****************************************************************
  When HPCA was used to create a PITCA and the PITCA was created
  by making a copy of a normal CA, the process that created the
  PITCA was in error resulting in a bad PITCA file.  When DRF was
  used to recover using this PITCA, it abended with a U385-A.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem is corrected.
