Error description

• ISGQUERY is issue during termination of IIDR CDC for z/OS to
  determine if there are other instances in a FailOver
  configuration.  The answer area is sized to receive a response
  for up to 10 other instances, however this size is less than
  4K.  The manual indicates that the answer area should be a
  minimum of 4K.  This error interferes with the proper behaviour
  of a FailOver configuration during an instance shut down or
  loss situation.

  Message CHC9720E may be issued stating that ISGQUERY had a
  return code of 8 and a reason code of X'0000081A'.
  

Problem conclusion

• ISGQUERY requests will be issued with an answer area adequately
  sized with at least 4096 bytes of storage.
