Error description

• When trying to create virtual index on some columns  the
  following error message occurs:
  SQL PA encountered problems creating a virtual index in the DB2
  catalog.
  Contact system support. RC: -16. SQL PA is unable to create a
  virtual index on subsystem nnnn.
  
  -  Package explain report empty when using alias for explain
     table
