Error description
When adding anchored elements to a requirement model element, if the anchor is added and then deleted(with out saving the model) Rhapsody crashes. Step to Reproduce: 1. Select a requirement and open its 'Features' dialog and Add an anchoring class operation/attribute. 2. Remove the operation/attribute using the 'X' button to delete, Rhapsody crashes at this point.
