PI97356: IBM3948I ONCODE=8094 when running the compiler linklisted under USS and using the SQL preprocessor

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If compiling via pli command under USS, and the compiler is in
  the linklist (and not in the STEPLIB environment variable or the
  STEPLIBLIST), the SQL preprocessor will fail with:
  
      IBM3948I S ERROR condition with ONCODE=8094 raised while
          evaluating expression.
  
  The "DB2 for z/OS Coprocessor Options Used" list will be
  incomplete.
  

Local fix

• Update the STEPLIB environment variable with the name of your
  *.SIBMZCMP library.
