Problem conclusion

• The Remote IMS Application with Isolation launch configuration
  was fixed to properly handle connection errors, and refresh the
  launch configuration dialog so that they display correctly.
  
  This problem is fixed in v14.1.3 of IBM Developer for z Systems
  Enterprise Edition.
